The Medical Centre «Polynar» is specialized in providing its patients with professional out-patient and in-patient medical care in abuse treatment with services at the world standard levels.
The Medical Centre «Polynar» headed by Dr Nelly Klimchenko is specialized in treatment and rehabilitation of people with problems of chemical (alcoholism, drug abuse, substance abuse) and non-chemical (game addiction) dependence.
The Centre has the highest accreditational category (Ukrainian highest governmental standard), possesses the exclusive rights for a number of methods to treat addiction and concomitant diseases that do not belong to any other Ukrainian clinic. Owing to 30 years of experience of work of Nelly Klimchenko, the leading doctor, the permanent search and implementation of the latest developments, we can say with confidence that our Centre is one of the best clinics in the former Soviet Union territory.
Our Centre is also one of the largest private narcological clinics in Ukraine. The Clinic is located in Odessa – a picturesque resort city on the Black Sea seashore. A three-storeyed building with comfortable wards is comprised of four departments:
- Consulting and polyclinical department;
Consulting of patents; diagnostics, determination of the course of treatment - Intensive therapy department;
Providing of detoxication with hardware-based monitoring of life functions under control of qualified anesthesiologists and toxicologists - Revitalization department;
Carrying out the programs of therapy aimed to recovery of all systemic functions, including the system of emotionally-positive support (mood system) - Rehabilitation department.
Carrying out the psychotherapy programs of therapy with use of such modalities as dianayisis, gestalt therapy, corporal-oriented therapy, kinesiotherapy.
We offer addiction treatment programs both for in-patients and out-patients. All the programs of treatment are elaborated individually for each patient taking into account the type of addiction and financial sufficiency. The in-patient department includes single and double wards – spacious, light, equipped with all necessary things for the patient to be concentrated in maximum for his/her recovery.
The autonomous air-conditioning system and heating system allow to maintain the optimum temperature in service rooms and wards. The Centre offers balanced four meals a day, taking into account the specificity of disease and doctor’s prescription.
The out-patient programs are developed for chemically dependent patients who due to very busy schedule of work or studies cannot receive treatment as in-patients.
A team of highly skilled doctors is on duty all day long and they are ready to react to any call of a patient, to arrive at the patient’s residence for rendering professional medical urgent care.
Methods applied in Medical Centre «Polynar» headed by Dr Klimchenko N.V. correspond to the state standards for narcological activities and have been tested by time and efficiency of results.
A highly qualified staff trained not only at the level of theory, but mainly in long-term practice, work at “Polynar” Centre. Our specialists have passed the specialized training on the base of Russian Research Institute of Narcology and Russian Medical Academy of postgraduate education. They have regular professional contacts with each other and take part in joint research projects with Russian scientists on development and implementation of new methods of treatment for alcoholism, drug addiction and rehabilitation of patients with chemical dependence.
At present, our doctors have worked out and implemented a method of xenon medical sleep with hypnotherapy into therapy of chemical and non-chemical dependence and depression. They take part in scientific researches on using informative proteins in narcological practice, as well as method of immune therapy in case of opium, cocaine addiction.
